Events falling near major holidays, like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day, do carry an additional fee due to higher demand! Reach out with your date and I'll walk you through the details!
Is there a holiday fee?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular seasons like spring and fall! I accept bookings up to two years in advance, so you can NEVER be too early!!!
How far in advance should I book?
Yes!! As the proud wife of a veteran and current police officer, supporting military and first responders is something very close to my heart! I offer a discount as a small thank you for your service. Reach out for details and I'll gladly apply it to your package!
Do you offer any special discounts?
General liability insurance is maintained for all events! If your venue requires proof of insurance or additional coverage, documentation is available upon request. Any venue-specific insurance fees are the responsibility of the client.
What if my venue requires vendor insurance?
Absolutely!! I want to capture the moments that matter most to you. We'll go over your requests 30 days before the wedding through my pre-wedding questionnaire, and you're always welcome to send inspiration, song ideas, or trends over text or DM anytime before then!
Can we request specific shots, trends, or songs?
All content is delivered through a private, easy-to-download link! RAW footage is available within 24 hours of your wedding, and fully edited content follows within the week. Content is kept for six months, so I always recommend saving everything to your own devices for long-term storage!
How will we receive our content?
YES! I love traveling for weddings!! For locations more than two and a half hours away, a hotel or Airbnb is arranged and paid for by the couple. For destinations more than six hours away or in a different state, the couple also covers my flight in addition to accommodations!
Do you travel outside of DFW?
Every wedding day is unique, but most couples find that 6 to 10 hours of coverage gives them the most complete, relaxed experience! If you're unsure what fits your timeline, I am always happy to help guide you through the planning process to make sure nothing important gets missed!
How many hours of coverage do I need?
A photographer is required, since my focus is candid, behind-the-scenes moments rather than posed, traditional photography! Many couples choose to pair a videographer with a content creator for a mix of polished video and real-time content, and content creation is still such a meaningful way to capture your day even without one!
Do I still need to hire a photographer and videographer?
In the event that I am unavailable for your date, I will pair you with one of Maddison's POV Associate Content Creators. I will still personally handle all editing, delivery, and communication so your content stays consistent with my style! I love every one of my Associate, and I know you will too!
